Design Notes
Built in two strong expressing RBSs, ilvC, ilvD, 37’celcius regulator RBS, tetR and terminator (Part:BBa_K539642 with Part:BBa_K332033). Both of ilvC and ilvD had been mutated to delet the function of RE site at the origin so that we can submit this part to the iGEM.

Both of the ilvC and ilvD come from the Escherichia coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655. And the part which repress Ptet when the temperature up to 37'Celius is designed by 2010 iGEM NCTU_Formosa.
